Invitation to Parents’ Evening – 2nd July 2025, 3 pm – 5 pm
We are delighted to invite you to our annual Parents’ Evening on Wednesday, 2nd July 2025, taking place between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm here at Saxon Hill Academy.
This is a fantastic opportunity to meet with your child’s current class teacher, as well as new teachers your child may be working with in the future. You’ll also have the chance to connect with members of the Leadership Team, our school governors, and the Friends of Saxon Hill group. In addition, we are pleased to welcome our school nurses, who will also be attending.
This year, we will not be operating an appointment system. Instead, our Leadership Team will be on hand to direct you to the staff members you wish to see. While you wait, please enjoy a complimentary cup of tea and take the opportunity to chat with other parents and carers in a relaxed, social atmosphere.
To ensure that everyone has the chance to speak with their teachers, we kindly ask that conversations be kept to approximately 10 minutes. Our Leadership Team will be available to help manage timings and support a smooth flow of conversations throughout the evening.
We hope this informal and welcoming approach will encourage strong communication between home and school, and we very much look forward to seeing you there.
