Transition Events

Each year, we work alongside a range of local and regional colleges, workplace and social care providers to run our annual transition event, providing parents and carers with information about what settings and provisions are available to their child after Saxon Hill.

On this page you can find information from out most recent transition event, as well as recordings from our virtual transition event in 2021. We have also included the link to our Preparing for Adulthood - Next Steps prospectus, which details local and other suitable post-19 providers. We will keep this page updated with any further information from post-19 provisions.
